The confirmation of delivery will be sent through email and in no case can it be treated as proof of time of delivery.

There are some orders which we are unable to accept and can be canceled by our side. Better Home Appliances reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason that maybe cause by unforeseeable circumstances which can include, error on the product(s) or pricing information or products that may be out of stock.

If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, or the customer fails to collect their product during the delivery, Better Home Appliances will redeliver the order at the customer’s expense. If an order is then canceled, no refund will be provided.

Better Home Appliances reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
