Orders and Shipping
Once your order has been placed, it will take a approximately 2 to 7 days to receive your order depending on your shipping address.
To create an account go to ‘My Account’ on the top right hand side of your desktop screen or in the Menu section in your mobile device. Then register by entering your email address, username and password.
To change your shipping address, go to ‘My Account’, then ‘Shipping Address’. Here, you will find the ‘Edit’ button next to your shipping address and billing address. Change accordingly.

Yes, we ship all over Nepal.
Once an order has been placed, you can cancel your order for up to 24 hours. After that, cancellations will not be accepted. In case of broken or damaged items, please check the return policies.

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
